The Monongalia Arts Center contains two galleries and a performing arts theater which presents numerous local art exhibitions and theatrical productions throughout the year. It sits south of West Virginia University's campus in Morgantown's Main Street District, just blocks east of the Monongahela River. Classes in the visual and performing arts, aimed at both adults and children, are offered by the center on a regular basis.
Open Mon. - Fri., 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.; Sat., 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.; Closed Sun.
Gallery admission is free. Ticket prices vary for performance events and classes.
